As shown in the example above, the autoresponder message should include a few things.
- Remind the customer of your business name,
- Give the customer a “heads up” on how many messages they’ll receive from you each month.

Once you have a group list established, you’ll want to start sending them regular SMS text messages. A good rule of thumb is 1-2 per week, depending on your organization and time of year.

There are hundreds of ways to ask for an order… you simply need to include a call to action in your text message. But you don’t need to use SMS messages in your business for communicating with just prospects and customers… you can use it to communicate with your employees too!
